  • Bacon Cheeseburger Queso: Three-cheese queso with beef and bacon, $4

Availability: Queso of the Month for January

  • Smoked Brisket: Slow smoked brisket available as an option with any entrée, $8.40
  • Habanero BBQ Brisket: Slow smoked brisket with a habanero corn salsa and ancho chile barbecue sauce, $8.40

Qdoba Mexican Grill New Item:

  • Queso Diablo: Qdoba’s 3 Cheese Queso (see sidebar for recipe) with jalapeño and chipotle peppers, first introduced in February and brought back in August, available as an addition to entrees or with chips. Price varies based on choice of entree.

  1. I love this queso! In my opinion, this queso blows Chipotle's queso out of the water. This queso is close to perfect, but not quite. Removing jalapeno peppers from the queso will make hungry customers who do not like spicy food ecstatic. Take out the jalapenos!
