Quick Adobo Marinade

Qdoba Mexican Grill Recipe

1  (7-oz.) can chipotle in adobo
1 clove garlic
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Notes:  This can be used as a marinade for all meats and vegetables.  It also works great as a base to add flavor to salsas, soups, and dressing or even add it to rice.

  1. This is awful. Tastes terrible and especially not like qdoba. 2 lines of juice for 1.5 cups of tomatoes! Yuck!

  2. Add the juice from an orange, some vinegar, olive oil and cilantro, as well as a little bit of salt and garlic.
