Qdoba Mexican Grill Copycat Recipe

1 1/4 cup seeded, diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon diced jalapenos, or to taste
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
fresh squeezed juice from two limes
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro, more or less to taste
Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Combine all fresh ingredients in bowl. Add lime juice, cilantro, and salt and pepper. Toss together.

  1. Not accurate. No garlic, no pepper, and it's just regular salt, not kosher salt.
